HECK of a Realtor! Kaylene was wonderful to work with. She listened to what was important to us in the sale of our home. Was always available to answer any questions that came up. Her marketing techniques enabled us to get multiple competitive offers on our home!

We can not say enough good words about our experience with Kaylene Heck as our agent. She went above and beyond to secure the perfect house for us and sell our old house. We were probably the clients from hell with an ever evolving scope as we viewed houses and our wishes changed. In this hot market she dropped everything at moments notice to get us in to view properties and made sure our offers were presented competitively. When she sold our old house she was able to get multiple offers and when the buyer pulled out last minute (at no fault of the house) she was able to secure new offers that kept our closing timeline with the new house. Kaylene is persistent, thorough and will work hard for your best interests.

Kaylene was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were interested in and did a great job in advising us in preparing our home for sale. She was very timely with showings, which made a big difference with how quickly houses were moving at the time. I really appreciated her honesty if she didn't know how to answer a question we had and always came back to us with an answer after consulting with her peers. Overall, we had a great experience and found a great home to fit all of our needs and more! Thank you, Kaylene 🙂

Kaylene was knowledgeable about current market in several areas which were targeted by family due to limited budget. Was most accommodating in viewing selected houses on more than one occasion to make a determination which was not rushed or pressured but allowing for full comparison shopping. Very quickly Kaylene became aware of what was priority for the family and ultimately led to a home which was suitable for the moment and even accommodated the family needs to enter and plan for remodeling of the structure which was one of the main reasons we were able to purchase with confidence. Also Kaylene was able to help suggest options available for the remodeling we had planned. Was not only an excellent asset in the home buying process but also quite knowledgeable in recommending interior design! Would recommend Kaylene to anyone who is interested in making homeownership a reality in their immediate future!

Top notch pro, no gimmicks or fancy sales tricks, just straight talk and honesty. Kaylene is a straight shooter that goes the extra mile as a pro that knows her business and the market. We contacted her on the last day this house was shown and bids were going in and she was not only able to answer all our questions and show us the property, but she presented our offer along with several other buyers that same evening. She did all this with only a few hours notice. Only a knowledgeable, sharp professional can do what Kaylene did for us, and she did it with a smile, a can-do attitude and a friendly, personable spirit. You would be wise to make her your realtor.
